A coffee morning organised by Gillingham resident Jeanette Haskett and her friends has raised more that £1,000 for charity.
The annual event, held on September 6 at Gillingham Social Club, was in aid of Salisbury District Hospital’s Stars Appeal charity.
The photo above shows Jeannette Haskett with her friends and family that helped on the day, Donna O’Neill, Carol Bashford, Graham Bashford, Yvonne Stone, Sarah Nixon, Anne Lawson, Alison Pickford, Sue King and Ann Hurst, along with the mayor of Gillingham, Councillor Donna Toye, who came along to show her support.
‘Thank you to everyone that came to the event or donated,’ said one of the organisers, Donna O’Neill.
