Gillingham care home Fern Brook Lodge, which prides itself as a hub of the community, says it is looking for new team members, with roles across all levels and with a variety of working hours available. Operated by Care South, a registered charity and not-for-profit organisation, Fern Brook Lodge offers residential and dementia care in a home-from-home location.

The home is looking for a variety of new team members with roles for experienced care workers, those just starting a career in care, and those that have no previous care experience – but who are passionate about helping and caring for others.

Roles are available across several departments including housekeeping, kitchen and within the activities team. The home is also offering full- and part-time roles, as well as flexible working hours and day and night shifts, to fit around employee lifestyles and commitments.

And if candidates apply before the end of February there is also an opportunity to receive a £500 welcome bonus (terms and conditions apply).
