Philip GillinghamGillingham Chamber of Commerce and Industry says it would like to suggest as a mark of respect that its members observe the one minute silence being held across the nation at 3pm on Saturday 17th April 2021, following the death of His Royal Highness, The Prince Phillip, Duke of Edinburgh. who sadly died on Friday 9th April 2021.

‘Our thoughts are with Her Majesty the Queen and the Royal Family as they grieve for a husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather,’ said Sharon Cullingford, chairmanof Gillingham Chamber of Commerce.

‘His Royal Highness demonstrated an extraordinary commitment and dedication to the United Kingdom and the Commonwealth, we shall remember him with gratitude.’
