Dorset PolicePolice officers investigating the theft of items from a supermarket in Shaftesbury are issuing CCTV images of four men they would like to identify.

Four men entered the Tesco store in Christy’s Lane at around 7.30pm on Thursday 13 January 2022. They took a number of items – including Nicorette sprays, electric toothbrushes and razor blades – from the shelves and concealed them before one of the men put them in a bag and made off from the store without paying.

The total value of the items stolen was nearly £700.

Police Constable Clifford Ryan, of Dorset Police, said: ‘We are continuing to investigate this theft and I am issuing images of four men we are looking to identify.

‘I would urge anyone who recognises them to please get in touch.’
