Dorset County Council has received £2,492,000 from central government to carry out structural maintenance and improvements along the A350 and C13, between Blandford and Shaftesbury, which form part of the north-south route into Poole.

Work is now starting to investigate possible improvements which could include carriageway resurfacing, reviewing speed limits, vehicle activated signs and traffic engineering solutions.
