Police officers investigating a burglary at a home near Blandford are releasing an image of a dirtbike that was stolen.

A secure garage attached to the home in Winterborne Whitechurch was broken into at around 1am on Wednesday 8 January 2020 and a Husaberg SE 390 dirtbike stolen.

It is believed the bike was pushed onto another vehicle before being driven away.

Inspector Simon Perry, of North Dorset police, said: ‘As we continue to investigate this burglary, I am releasing an image of the bike that was stolen and would urge anyone who comes across it to please contact us.

‘I would also like to hear from anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity in the Winterborne Whitechurch area in the early hours of Wednesday 8 January.’
